About This Blog:

Early in 2010 I decided to challenge myself to take One Hundred Photos focusing on the theme of "contrast". After several months of gathering pictures, I decided to create this blog as a way to organize these photos. This challenge is inspiring me to look beyond the surface of what I see and to notice the little things that all too often pass by unnoticed.

From Contrast - One Hundred Photos

This row of sugar cane was near Cheneyville, LA. In addition to the neat rows, I like the contrast between the tan and green colors---forming an almost straight line across the field.
