Early in 2010 I decided to challenge myself to take One Hundred Photos focusing on the theme of "contrast". After several months of gathering pictures, I decided to create this blog as a way to organize these photos. This challenge is inspiring me to look beyond the surface of what I see and to notice the little things that all too often pass by unnoticed.

From Contrast - One Hundred Photos

I'm not sure there is any true contrast here, except that after looking at this picture on the computer screen, I realized that this turtle, sunning himself on a log, seems to be missing his front leg.
