Early in 2010 I decided to challenge myself to take One Hundred Photos focusing on the theme of "contrast". After several months of gathering pictures, I decided to create this blog as a way to organize these photos. This challenge is inspiring me to look beyond the surface of what I see and to notice the little things that all too often pass by unnoticed.

From Mommy's Treasures

I've been intrigued by this old factory near Cheneyville for quite a long time. I finally stopped to take a few pictures. I like the contrast in darks and lights in the bricks and in the shapes-circles and triangles.
